I like dogs, and I'm always curious about military dogs and their handlers.
When traveling within Iraq, every base has an ADACG (pronouced "A-dag"). It's basically a passenger terminal, like a mini-airport terminal. Because so many people stop there for a brief time, most bases put out snacks and drinks (muffins, cereal, water, juice, soda, etc). When I left Al Asad last night, I noticed that their ADACG snack bar also has dog biscuits! My camera's battery was dead, but that would have made a funny photograph.
